About OptiStrat Solutions
OptiStrat Solutions is a Gauteng-based operations, project-management and systems-development company built to bring structure, accountability and visibility to complex work.

The company
OptiStrat Solutions works with industrial, technical, property and project-based organisations dealing with multiple stakeholders, operational complexity and limited internal project capacity.
Our role is to establish the structure, coordinate execution and give management a reliable view of what is happening. Where the operation needs better tools, we design the dashboard, workflow, data capture or practical automation system that supports that control.
This is not generic IT support, handyman work or disconnected software development. Every service in the spotlight supports the same outcome: controlled execution and better operational decisions.
Founder-led accountability
Jennifer brings more than ten years of experience across project and operations coordination in technical and industrial environments.
Her background spans mechatronics, electronics, industrial automation, engineering operations, procurement, maintenance and multi-disciplinary project delivery. This combination allows OptiStrat Solutions to communicate effectively with management, technical teams, suppliers and contractors without losing sight of the commercial objective.
Clients have direct access to the person accountable for scope, decisions and delivery—keeping communication clear and responsibility visible.
Planning, coordination, execution control, risk, reporting and close-out.

Mechatronics, electronics, automation and engineering-team communication.
Dashboards, databases, workflow tools, integrations and edge systems.
Operating principles
Good control is not bureaucracy. It is the minimum structure required to move complex work reliably.
We assess the operation, constraints and risk before selecting a tool or solution.
Stakeholders know where coordination, escalation and reporting responsibility sits.
Reporting is built around what management needs to decide and what the team needs to do.
Automation is introduced only where it reduces effort, increases reliability or improves visibility.
Specialist and regulated work is delivered with qualified partners where required.
Once data exists, the operation can be refined based on evidence instead of assumption.
Partner network
OptiStrat Solutions focuses on project control, operational coordination, systems development and appropriate automation scope.
Where work requires regulated credentials or specialist engineering capability, delivery is coordinated through appropriately qualified and registered partners. OptiStrat Solutions remains responsible for integrating the scope, schedule, communication, documentation and reporting into the broader project.
